New Garden Has a Defibrillator

The Red Cross will offer a CPR course and provide training in the use of our new defibrillator. The total training will take a little over three hours, and we hope to offer this on a Sunday in May or June, provided there is sufficient interest. Quaker Lake Fundraiser / Golf Tournament / May 18

Centre Friends Meeting Quaker Men are sponsoring a golf tournament on May 18 to support Quaker Lake. They need not only golf players but also, and especially, hole sponsors. We are considering having a group (or groups) at New Garden of persons interested in sewing, quilting, knitting, crocheting, or other crafts. 1,472 lbs. of food was collected on Friday, April 5 by soggy, but determined New Gardeners!
