Friendship Hall / It’s that time of year again, when New Gardeners show their potluck super powers to feed the young adult Friends from Guilford College. We provide dinner, and Friendship Meeting does dessert. We expect around at least 50 hungry students and staff. Please leave food in the kitchen before or as close to 5 p.m. as possible. Piedmont Friends Fellowship (PFF) and Piedmont Friends Yearly Meeting (PFYM) will have a joint meeting at New Garden Friends Meeting. The joint meeting will be in the morning and separate meetings are in the afternoon. Bring your own lunch, refreshments will be provided.
This is an opportunity for the community to express our love for our children, young adults and teachers as they enter into a new school year. It is also an opportunity for us to remind each other (even if we are not headed back to the school!) that we carry the love of New Garden Friends Meeting with us wherever we go.
