Urban Ministry Food Drive

Volunteers from New Garden Friends will collect food for the Greensboro Urban Ministry food pantry on Friday, April 13, 2018. The location is Harris Teeter on Friendly Avenue, across from the Meeting House. Hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. To volunteer for a two-hour shift, contact Bill McNeil, [email protected].

Friendship Community Partnership Joint Worship

New Garden Friends Meeting 801 New Garden Road, Greensboro, North Carolina

The Friendship Community Partnership includes 5 churches; Collins Grove UMC, New Garden Friends, Persimmon Grove AME, Raleigh’s Cross Roads UMC and St. Barnabas Episcopal. We will gather at 6pm for a shared potluck dinner and then worship together from 7-8pm. Worship will include music from our choirs, readings and prayers.
