School districts across the country are under attack and Guilford County is no different. Members of New Garden have joined other groups, the Guilford Anti-Racism Alliance and the Social Justice Consortium to make a commitment to show up at the monthly Guilford County School Board of Education meeting. We stand in support of telling the truth in our curriculum, in support of science, in support of the Black leadership of the Board and Superintendent, and in support of making sure all students have what they need to thrive.

Board meetings are generally held on the second Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m. in the Board Room located at 712 N. Eugene St., Greensboro, NC. Plan to gather @ 5:30pm-6:30ish, on the following dates; 3/8, 4/12, 5/10, 6/14.
