Friends may help those in need by hanging coats, scarves, gloves, hats, etc. under the bridge at 300 Spring Garden Street. This project, sponsored by 16 Cents Ministry, will be available through March. All donated items should be hung on the fence instead of dropping off bags, as organizers try to keep the area neat.
