Dear Friends,
Happy New Year! This is a time for new beginnings and resolutions. I am looking forward to all of the things we will do together at New Garden Friends in 2023.
In particular, I am excited to start work with the Transition Team. I will be meeting with them this week to finish up our orientation, and then we will begin working on the first focus point of the process, Heritage.
This focus point will be a time to share stories about the meeting. What was it like when you first came? What was exciting for you then? And what do you love about it now? Sharing these memories about the meeting with each other will give us all a sense of where this community has been and where the Spirit is calling New Garden Friends Meeting in the future.
