Friendship Hall
Bring your own cookie dough. Bake in the Meeting House kitchen. Hang out with Friends and decorate. Then share cookies for a spectacular holiday assortment.
We invite refugees and non-profits to display their valuable work and offer us ways to give to friends and family by buying gifts and honor cards. This then helps refugees support themselves and organizations to help others. Lunch and treats will also be available for purchase. Those participating include; Taste The World, Ten Thousand Villages, Nana’s Treats, Biz Kids, Gate City Quilt Guild, Quaker House,Turkish Crafts, Urban Ministry, Renaissance Cooperative, Juana’s Items, AFSC, and Ecuadorian Crafts.
The choir will be bringing a joyful message today.
Brotherhood Room / The Social Concerns committee invites you to bring a bag lunch and join us monthly - every 3rd Sunday, thru December 2018, for movie and discussion series on our Quaker Testimony of Equality. Let's meet with our sandwiches right after worship, watch a movie on an aspect of equality (race, sex, gender, religion, class, for example) and finish with a discussion.
