Parents’ Day Out

Childcare Room / Volunteers from the Religious Education committee will host children in the childcare room downstairs where they will have time to play and complete a craft project while their parents shop or work on other holiday chores. Suggested donation: $20.00. Children should bring a packed lunch. At the end of the event, volunteers from the RE committee will wrap gifts. Caroling at Friends Home Guilford

New Garden Friends Meeting 801 New Garden Road, Greensboro, North Carolina

The carolers will meet at New Garden Meeting at 4:45 p.m, walk over to Friends Home Guilford and begin caroling at 5 p.m. They will return to the meetinghouse for pizza following the caroling.

Christmas Eve Worship Service

Songs of Hope & Courage: Celebrating Pete Seeger’s Legacy

Worship Room  / Please join us for a concert (including a sing-along portion) by Annie Patterson and Mary Witt. Annie is the co-creator of the best-selling songbook Rise Up Singing.  She has led singalong concerts across North America and abroad building “hope & change through song.”  Mary is a terrific vocalist and bass player. Summer Program will run on three Saturday mornings from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on June 19, July 10 and August 28. Summer Program has always been a cooperative program. However this year, due to Covid guidelines (and also because it's more fun this way!) adults/caregivers must stay for the entirety of the program. We will spend our time together outdoors (in the shade), masked, and 6 feet apart. Our theme will be "Welcome and…
