The Friendship Community Partnership’s Mother’s Day Tour and Picnic is set for Tuesday, May 10 at 1 p.m. at the Ruth Wicker Center for Women (at Barber Park…follow the road past the amphitheater, etc., to the top of the hill on the right – the Women’s Center building, parking is adjacent. The tour: is short. Bring a personal picnic lunch, we’ll use the tables there to gather and share what we learned. (We can go to K&W and Pastor McCoy’s tree sculpture another time, when kids can go with us on a Saturday).
