• Increase Capacity of Meeting Room to 125.
• Continue to publish and post CDC Guilford County hospitalizations, deaths, and transmission levels (high, medium, low) weekly.
• Start offering coffee, tea, and cookies weekly on porch before meeting.
• Start Having ‘Carry-Out’ meals on the grounds September 11th.
• Start Holding hybrid Monthly Meetings on September 11th, or thereafter, contingent on technical staffing.
• Unlock building weekdays from 9 to 5. House will investigate installing a doorbell with an intercom and remote locking device to be controlled from office. Doors to the office manager, RE director, newsletter editor, and interim pastor will be locked with signage calling for masking when encountering these staff.
• Allow renters within their meeting room to determine their own COVID protocols. They will be masked at other times while in public spaces in the building.
• Friends speaking out of the silence may unmask while they are at the microphones in the front of the room.
• Explore possibility of hosting NCFF November gathering.
• Convene a working group with the Music Committee, Mark, Michael, and choir members to discuss how live singing can begin again.
• Continue discernment about COVID procedures and protocols in future monthly meetings.
