Afghan Families are Coming to Greensboro and NGFM is helping in a number of ways. We will be co-sponsoring a family. We will need a group of New Gardeners to love and support them as they begin their new lives in the United States. They will need to have friends who could help them feel welcome in their new home. They will need guidance as they make their way through an unfamiliar land. They need Friends.

New Garden is hosting an information session Saturday, September 18 at 10 a.m. outside for New Gardeners, other groups & individuals interested in getting involved, learning more, and also being a welcoming friend for our newest neighbors. Please share this info session with others, Greensboro is expected to receive between 200-300 people. Let’s help them to feel welcome & supported in their new home!
