The Transition Team needs your help in assessing our goals and pastoral needs! A first big step is examining what we most value about our past, and perhaps point out a few traditions we may wish to leave behind!
The Transition Team will have its first meeting event on March 19th at the rise of Meeting:
• Meeting for Worship will prepare us for reflecting on our heritage as a Meeting.
• We will share a carry-in meal.
• As we eat, you will have an opportunity to share your experiences, thoughts, and ideas as we begin exploring who we are and what we want to be as a meeting.
Our work as a Transition Team is to listen to what all New Garden members and attenders have to say, assess the feedback, and pass the information and data on to the Search Committee, who will then have a clearer vision of the traits we most need in a new Pastor. Please plan to attend!
