Spring Lobby Day in Raleigh / March 22

Please join us for the 2023 FCNCL Lobby Day in Raleigh, Wednesday, March 22 and an advance training session by Zoom on March 15.

• Meet your legislators for the 2023-24 Legislative Sessions
• Help get Medicaid Expansion across the finish line
• Get to know other Quakers around the state working with FCNCL.

Hospitality for FCNCL Lobby Day Participants

Friends traveling from western North Carolina for the Lobby Day in Raleigh may wish to rendezvous at New Garden for transportation to Raleigh on March 22. Some may need overnight accommodations on March 21 and/or March 22. If you could host one or two Friends on these dates, please contact Dorothy Mason, [email protected], or at 336-288-2852. We will appreciate your help.

Details will follow with schedule and logistical information. We are planning for ways to make this feasible for Quakers from more distant parts of the state. Carpooling and lodging possibilities are available for Friends coming from outside the triangle area.
