The Peace & Love Ukestra is a group of fun- and music-loving Friends who play and perform simply for the joy of it. This all-ukelele ensemble includes musicians who are new to the instrument as well as veteran performers.
The ukestra performs several times a year at New Garden, sometimes at Meeting for Worship and sometimes at purely festive events. The ukestra’s songbook includes hymns, pop tunes, and favorites from the American songbook.
