Friendship Community Partnership Annual Collaborative Service / February 10th

Quaker Lake Family Camp / October 5 – 7

Family Camp is this weekend! We are scheduled to arrive at 5 p.m. on Friday and enjoy a “pitch-in” meal together. Meeting For Worship Guest Speakers / August 19th

We are so excited to welcome Juana Tobar Ortega, who is in sanctuary at St. Barnabas Church, and Lori Fernald Khamala from American Friends Service Committee as our guest speakers during Meeting for Worship at 11:00 a.m. on August 19! Worship will be intentionally bilingual (Spanish/English) and Juana Ortega will speak to us via Skype, so Friends should prepare for worship that day to be a little unusual (but beautiful!).

Friendship Community Partnership Joint Workshop / April 18

The Friendship Community Partnership includes 5 churches; Collins Grove UMC, New Garden Friends, Persimmon Grove AME, Raleigh’s Cross Roads UMC and St. Barnabas Episcopal. We will gather at 6 pm for a shared potluck dinner and then worship together from 7-8pm. Worship will include music from our choirs, readings and prayers.
