These vaccines are available with little or no wait at your local pharmacy and can be given at the same time as your annual Influenza booster. Last week the CDC relaxed its COVID-19 guidelines. Our COVID medical advisors will meet on Tuesday, August 16, at 1:00 pm to discuss changes in New Garden’s COVID-related policies, in accordance with the new CDC guidance. Weekly metrics by the CDC are still updated every Thursday by 8 pm ET at CDC.gov or (800-CDC-INFO).  In Guilford County, community level risk of Covid transmission continues to  be Low with cases reported to the NC HHS  slightly decreased /stable ,  hospitalizations  slightly increased and early warning indicators ( like wastewater viral particle numbers) stable at a relatively low level.
