The CDC continues to publish weekly metrics, updated every Thursday by 8 pm ET at CDC.gov or (800-CDC-INFO).   In Guilford County, community level risk of COVID transmission continues to be LOW, and hospitalizations are stable.   The NC Health and Human Services Dashboard is updated weekly on Wednesdays, using updated metrics (including wastewater samples, which are now considered more accurate than case counts).  The dashboard this morning shows that the BA.2 variant currently is present in about 87% of cases that have been checked in…
