6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. / The Parsons Circle is hosting the annual Cookie Bake in the kitchen and fellowship hall – bring your prepared cookie dough and bake with your friends.
11 a.m. to 2 p.m. / Fellowship Hall / Join us for a laid-back time of food, fellowship, and fun crafts and activities! Please contact Karin Heller for more information, or if you would like to lead a craft or activity, or take a shift reading Christmas stories in the parlor.
10 a.m. to 2 p.m / Childcare Room / Volunteers from the Religious Education committee will host children in the childcare room downstairs where they will have time to play and complete a craft project while their parents shop or work on other holiday chores. On December 3, Quaker House will be participating in the Giving Tuesday Donation Campaign again this year. One avenue for giving to this campaign is through Facebook. As a registered nonprofit, Facebook never charges any processing fees for donations made to Quaker House through Facebook. Alumni Young Friends are invited to join Young Friends from 6 – 8:30 p.m. for a great chance to revisit wonderful memories with old Friends! We will meet at New Garden Friends Meeting and go to dinner together. Afterward, we’ll return to the meetinghouse for some games (including Zombie Tag), and good times.
9:30 – 10: 30 a.m. / Fellowship Hall / Join us for a very special Inter-generational forum on Sunday, December 8th. We’ll sing carols, do a holiday craft, work on a service project together, and spend time in fellowship with Friends! As always, a vegetarian friendly breakfast will be provided.
