Friends, You are invited to gather on campus this Saturday, Nov. 12, in remembrance of Bill Rogers, our 6th President, at which time alumni, friends, faculty, staff and students will honor Bill’s dedication and vision for Guilford’s commitment to a Quaker-inspired liberal arts education. This is also an opportunity to imagine our path for the future, together.
The day will include sharing from President Kyle Farmbry as well as some of Bill’s colleagues,

Adrienne Israel, Max Carter, Vernie Davis, Terry Hammond ‘81, Roy Nydorf, Elwood Parker ‘64, Robert G. Williams and Richie Zweigenhaft. Beverley Rogers and family will participate in the day’s activities.

4:00-5:00 pm – Reception (Ragsdale House)

5:30-6:30 pm – Bonfire (Guilford Lake)

The wearing of face coverings at Guilford is not required, however, any participant is welcome to wear a face covering if they desire. Parking is available in lots along George Fox Rd., proximate to Hege Academic Commons.
